Simple Recipe



Material

150 gr Hunkwe Flour

200 grams of sugar

750 ml coconut milk / liquid coconut milk

1/4 teaspoon salt

Sufficient food coloring (Pink, green, yellow)


Step

  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan, stir until the sugar dissolves.
  3. For 3 dough, give each dye according to taste (2 drops). When the dough is about to be divided, stir again the dough because if it is left to stand the hun kwee flour will settle to the bottom of the pan or pan. Cook the first mixture (pink) until thick / heavy when stirred but can be poured. Then pour it into the mold. Roll out the dough. I print out the concession
  4. Cook the second mixture (yellow) again after cooking, pour over the pink color
  5. Cook the last dough (green) then pour over the yellow color.
  6. Cool at room temperature for 30 minutes. After that enter the refrigerator but not the freezer. Chill again for 30 minutes.
  7. After the ice cake is set, remove it from the refrigerator and cut it according to taste. Line the cutting board and knife with plastic. Place or wrap the ice cake in a small piece of plastic. Put the ice cake back in the freezer.
